In a new twist, the organisers of the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize are hosting a series of warm up events.
Taking place at LSO St. Luke's in London, the organisers have scheduled a series of intimate shows in which short listed acts can showcase their wares. The next instalment is one of the most eclectic yet and features appearances from Plan B, Django Django and Sam Lee.
Plan B is currently cresting a wave of success, with his turn in 'The Sweeney' gaining widespread acclaim. Django Django, meanwhile, are fresh from the festival season which took them far from their London base. Finally Sam Lee is a noted folk performer, whose addition to the short list highlights the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize's propensity to showcase left field talent.
Set to take place on October 10th, Clash have been given a pair of tickets to give away. To stand a chance of winning just answer this easy question:
For which album has Plan B gained a Mercury nomination?
