Universal recently pieced together a new box set, containing some of the singer's most vital performances.
Coming on the 50th anniversary of his signing to ABC-Paramount Records in 1962, 'Ladies And Gentlemen… Mr. B.B. King' is a lavish production. Spread across ten discs, the box set contains 194 archive recordings spanning his first visit to a recording studio in 1949 to the present day.
Housed in a deluxe box, the collection also includes a 72-page silver gilded hardback book, featuring essays from Ashley Kahn and Dick Shurman. Out now, Clash have been given a copy to give away.
