Irish newcomers unveil new video...
Young Wonder

Let's get this out the way first: Young Wonder don't sound Irish.

With Ian Ring's crystalline production and Rachel Pixie's vocals the pair have more in common with the lineage of fragile electronic Ice Queens emerging from Scandinavia. But perhaps that's to their credit; confounding expectations, Young Wonder have been able to present something both instantly identifiable and difficult to place.

A recent self-titled EP introduced the duo, while standalone download 'Lucky One' caught the blogs by surprise. Returning with a brand new track, Young Wonder have handed the video for 'To You' exclusively to ClashMusic.

Sonically, it fits the band's rapidly emerging identity with Young Wonder matching blissful synths to sighing, slightly ominous vocals. The video features a funeral procession trailing its way through the woods, before ending with a Viking style burial-at-sea.

Watch it now.
