It's an analogue electronic-fuelled piece of post-punk...

Is this the way the future's meant to feel?

Social media has been turned into a weapon that can be used to manipulate us, while state surveillance has reached crippling levels.

TVAM - producer Joe Oxley - reflects this in his work, with those barbed post-punk influences shaped into something definitively modern.

Wiry, angular guitar lines break against analogue electronics, the slate grey diorama reflecting a very British sense of dystopia.

Set to play a short flurry of live shows next month, TVAM has found time to share paranoid new cut 'Psychic Data'.

Opening with square-wave electronics before making way for Morse code guitar lines, the sighing vocals reflect the inertia of life in the austerity era.
