Skanking social protest...
The Skints

The minimum wage isn't much to live on.

Have you ever tried it? By the time rent, heating and electricity get paid, there's little to go around. A new campaign to introduce a living wage - one that provides a decent standard for life - has got under way, pressuring politicians and employers alike.

If you're interested, you can catch up HERE. However if you don't have time for a little politics, then let The Skints educate you...

The reggae collective have always allowed social consciousness to filter through their music, fusing a skanking beat with lyrics which speak clearly about everyday life in the UK.

New EP 'Short Change EP' drops on March 23rd, but ahead of this Clash can present the group's latest video.

'The Cost Of Living Is Killing Me' appears on the new EP, an urgent plea from one of the most beleaguered sections of society.

Shot in as raw a fashion as possible, the resulting clip captures the sheer energy of The Skints.
