Americana types continue to impress...
Goodnight Lenin

One of the curious facets of modern Americana is just how broad, how international its impact has become.

Goodnight Lenin hail from the West Midlands but sound for all the world as though they've been raised in the Carolinas.

Golden, glistening Americana delivered with a grunge twist, the band are influenced by the likes of Neil Young, Wilco and cult American outfit Phosphorescent.

Laurel Canyon devotee Jonathan Wilson takes control of production for Goodnight Lenin's new single, adding some hazy atmospherics to 'You Were Always Waiting'.

Gorgeous songwriting, the single will be released on November 3rd. Given the video treatment, you can watch the accompanying clip for 'You Were Always Waiting' below.

Goodnight Lenin are set to release new album 'In The Fullness Of Time' on November 24th.
