Shot in a hotel room...

Sydney based newcomers DMA's have a sound which feels as though you've known it forever.

Perhaps it's the sense of nostalgia in the songwriting itself, the golden, gilded harmonies and chiming guitars. Or perhaps it's the subject matter: universal, all encompassing.

Whatever it is, that feeling of familiarity is winning DMA's a lot of fans - and fast. Recently breezing into the Great Escape for a series of packed out performances, the band later retired to their hotel room for an intimate acoustic session.

Shown breezing through 'Feels Like 37', the Australian group strip things right down to focus on the bare skeletal of their craft. The results are glorious - check it out below.
