London based psych heroes...
Charles Howl

Charles Howl were born in the tail end of the 80s, an era when guitars jangled, fuzz pedals were switched on and harmonies tended to sigh.

A psych-pop collective, the group have just returned from a European tour, fetching some stunning sights from the continent.

Now they're ready to unveil their new video. 'Lunacy' is – despite the title – a cute, neatly formed piece of jangle-pop, albeit one delivered with a sinister edge.

Directed by Christiane Matz, the clip was inspired by cult film Tears Of The Black Tiger – something which actually underpins the song itself.
