PLYA’s ‘Fever’ Is A Gorgeous Alt-Pop Moment

New EP 'Still In Love' is out now...

London trio PLYA allow their distinct, potent voices to fuse into one.

Debut track 'Thinking Of You' was a glistening, effervescent depiction of longing, the moment the hype truly clicked into place.

Potent and sharply defined, PLYA allow their alt-pop vision to expand a little on new EP 'Still In Love'.

Out now, it found their musicality broadening in refreshing directions, touching on some personal aspects.

Taken from the EP, 'Fever' offers something minimal while letting lush emotional resonance flow through.

A new video has been pieced together, utilising the flowing dance interpretation of Laetitia Lawrence.

"As soon as we finished writing ‘Fever’ we knew we wanted the visuals to complement the minimal sounding beat,” explain the band. “We messaged a dancer friend, Laetitia Lawrence, with the track to see if she was into it and she came straight back to us with a few movement ideas.”

"It was amazing to see our song being interpreted in such a different way creatively and we knew instantly that those movements would be the backbone of the video. Throwing in the blindfold was something we wanted to add to the narrative to encapsulate self reflection.”

Tune in now.
