His boldest step yet?

FaltyDL is becoming a Big Deal.

In the past five years the New York producer has won widespread praise for his house flecked take on deconstructed UK Garage, releasing albums on Planet Mu, Ninja Tune, supporting Radiohead and launching his own label Blueberry Records.

Set to return with new album 'Hardcourage', the producer is ready to deliver his more direct statement yet. At times obtuse, opaque, the album contains some genuinely fantastic pop moments with Drew Lustman working alongside some big name collaborators.

Friendly Fires frontman Ed MacFarlane makes a guest appearance, with the resulting track 'She Sleeps' set to gain a standalone single release. Out on February 11th, the track is a joyous, summer ode to young love.

Given the visual treatment, the video for 'She Sleeps' featuring a variety of roller-skaters performing their tricks in a competition and on the street. It's a fun reminder of what blazing sunshine looks like, born from the encroaching winter.
