Debauched thrills...
Fake Club

Fake Club aren't shy and retiring types.

Live, the band are all buzz saw energy, quicksilver moves and whiplash. On record, the London four piece seem to scatter in about 50 different directions, with their jagged take on that early 90s alt rock sound recalling Huggy Bear at their shrieking best.

New single 'Beauty Queen' is a case in point. Morse code guitars and primal drumming, it's a sneering sideswipe at those who think they've got it all, a courageous cheer for those who stand out, who linger on the fringes.

The video for the track features plenty of live footage, with Fake Club at their outrageous best. Boasting a literal tonne of alcohol, the video also features several transvestites and a party on a boat.

Watch it now.
