Death From Above 1979 – ‘Virgins’

Rather creepy, rather compelling...

Death From Above 1979 released new album 'The Physical World' last year, ending almost a decade of silence from the Canadian duo.

Since then, the pair have played a series of seismic live shows before taking a short break. Now, Death From Above 1979 have broken cover, placing new video 'Virgins' online now.

A sensual yet oddly unsettling clip, it was shot by Eva Michon. The band introduce the clip:

"The video takes cues from the lyrics of the song which are a meditation on innocence and coming of age. That very precarious time in life when sex is elusive, maybe even frightening but always compelling."

Check it out now.
