Belle Roscoe is a project that began in Australia and finished up in London.
A brother and sister duo, Matt and Julia Gurry make music that is emotive, and frequently autobiographical yet always melodic.
Set to play Paris on December 7th, the pair are pleased to unveil new track 'Paris II' - a wonderfully heartfelt response to the terrorist attacks of last year.
Julia comments: “After the Paris attacks last year we wanted to create something honest and give back to the city that has given us so much… at the same time pay tribute to those who were directly affected at the Bataclan.”
Matt adds: “The video is an artistic collaboration between Belle Roscoe and Paris based creative studio SOxH Factory, it is a homage to the place we called home for a number of years, and a tribute to the culture and creativity of the city. We wanted to show the real Paris, not just the post card version of Paris and what it is like to live in the city and how it feels to leave its embrace…”
