A O S O O N stands for something rather simple: 'A Lot Of Something Out Of Nothing'.
The South London duo have been bubbling under for some time, but exploded last summer with 'Under' becoming a viral sensation online.
Clocking up more than one million streams and winning praise from Zane Lowe, the pair were inundated with offers but opted to retain their independence.
It's a decision that is paying off. New cut 'High Grade' keeps the momentum flowing, sitting somewhere between laid back hip-hop, R&B vocals, and even the odd acoustic flourish.
It's a potent return, with Marisa Hylton and Manny Folorunso complimenting one another perfectly. A O S O O N comment:
"'High Grade' is a summer jam about that high grade sorta love. It’s about being excited by love, finding new hope in love. It’s about being young in love, even if you’re old. A transformative kinda love. We felt like we were in a room with one of our idols, Bob Marley, when writing this song."
