Bleeding Heart Pigeons seem to exist in a world of their own.
The Irish band recall elements of shoegaze, of mid-period Sonic Youth or early Radiohead. Yet there's also a hint of prog complexity, something that comes out in their dexterous and fluid live performances.
Debut album 'Is' will be released on February 12th, while single 'O Happy, Happy, Happy' will drop on March 18th.
A complex, ever-evolving piece of music, 'O Happy, Happy, Happy' flirts with many genres but never settles down – a teasing, undulating missive, it's a highly curious beast.
