Babe's debut album 'Volery Flighty' emerged last year via Moshi Moshi, a gorgeous, hugely imaginative statement from a group whose origins seemed to span vastly different cities and countries.
Continually stockpiling fresh material, Babe released new EP 'The Hereaftergo'ers' at the tail end of April.
Announcing a short burst of live shows, the band have managed to recruit Joshu James on remix duties.
Giving 'The Warbling' a real overhaul, the results are about as bewildering as house music can get – the vocals are distorted, while the rhythmic ticks point almost to West African music.
Check it out now.
Babe have confirmed the following shows:
May
30 Glasgow Sucker Punch festival @ Glad Cafe
June
2 London Cafe Oto (w/Mbongwana Star)
