Canadian songwriter Aidan Knight's curious, entrancing new album 'Each Other' arrived earlier this year (Clash review HERE).
Golden-hued yet lyrically cutting quite deep, the record – once heard – is a difficult thing to dislodge from your mind.
Thankfully, Aidan Knight is about to kick off a new series of UK dates alongside fellow Canadian types Half Moon Run.
It's an opportunity to check out his live show, to hear how the material from 'Each Other' translates to the stage. Clash has nabbed a 'live in the studio' version of 'The Funeral Singers', and it's quite something.
A little more stripped down, a little more intimate than the final studio version, it's raw and ragged appeal is more than enough to whet our appetites ahead of his British run.
