The Jezabels have a gothic edge, but that doesn't mean they don't enjoy stepping out into the light every so often.
The Australian band's third album 'Synthia' is evidence of this: synths are pushed to the fore, with the odd house influence slipping in between their darkened hues.
New cut 'Pleasure Drive' has been given the remix treatment by Zero Percent – a new project featuring The Presets’ Kim Moyes, and Haul Music label founder Mike Callander.
Twitching, frisky disco music with a noir edge, this new version of 'Pleasure Drive' would work in a dimly lit, atmospheric club, while the subtle tones and intricate production makes for superb headphone listening.
