'Vocal' (Jack And Roy Radio Remix)
Pet Shop Boys

Pet Shop Boys have always doffed their cap towards club culture. A peerless pop institution, for sure, but the band's greatness lies in their ability to translate underground sounds into sheer chart gold.

Recently focussing on the rather more theatrical, performance led aspect of their career, Messrs Tennant and Lowe seem ready to return to the club environment.

New album 'Electric' is their most fired up release in some time, with Clash reviewer Gareth James enthusing: "They’re reborn, revitalised, and really rather good."

Out on Monday (July 15th), Clash have been handed something rather special. 'Vocal' is a true album highlight, with Neil Tennant sitting somewhere between the clinical persona of his heyday and a genuine house diva.

Upping the ante, Pet Shop Boys handed the material to Jack And Roy for a one off remix. In return, they've received an arms-aloft re-working, an up tempo, Hi-NRG production with lashings of wit, verve and drama.
