Matt Berry Announces New Album ‘Phantom Birds’

It's out on September 18th...

Matt Berry will release new album 'Phantom Birds' on September 18th.

The English artist has thrived in a dual-career for some time now, matching his work as a comedic actor to a rich run of songwriting.

Now six albums deep, Matt Berry's musical career has a life of its own, with 2018's remarkable 'Television Themes' becoming a cult object.

New album 'Phantom Birds' is out on September 18th through Acid Jazz – order it HERE – and it's said to be informed by Bob Dylan's work in Nashville.

Album opener 'Something In My Eye' is online now, with Matt Berry explaining: "It’s a song about putting a brave face on. telling everyone you’re fine, when in reality you’re really not at all. Not necessarily something you always hear from a male perspective."

Tune in now.
