Following the warm reception afforded their third album ‘You Can Do Anything’, The Zutons follow up the chart bothering ‘Always Right Behind You’ with new single ‘What’s Your Problem’, out 8th September.
The band has been busy of late, appearing at many of the big Summer festivals including T in the Park, Glastonbury and V Festivals. Each time going down a storm, need we add.
New single ‘What’s Your Problem’ is another prime slice of scouse indie pop, riding a harmonica riff over a punchy, melodic tune that sees Dave ask the aforementioned question.
The lyrics seem to concern a former girlfriend and the old ‘love turned sour’ scenario, although for a minute I thought it was about the rise of casual violence in our society. Probably says more about me than the band.
