Stuffed with bomb-ass beats and rhymes
Quakers - Quakers

The surprise of the Quakers movement doesn’t lie in the funkily erratic grogginess that Stones Throw are pretty good at. Neither is it the involvement of Guilty Simpson, Phat kat, Aloe Blacc and Prince Po, all enjoying themselves in such conditions. It’s that it involves Portishead’s Geoff Barrow, and bears stats of running forty-one tracks long across a thirty-five-strong membership without descending into rambling Jaylib levels of attention deficit. Stuffed with bomb-ass beats and rhymes that will bang from Cali to Darlington.
