His best work to date
Nathan Fake - Steam Days

This vintage tape artefact bips with all the Norfolk nostalgia that Fake initially intended, swooping through moments of jive-friendly electronica as is on display with ‘Cascade Airways’ and equally appeasing the other side of the spectrum with soothing melodics via ‘Rue’. There’s truth in a comment that this is his ‘best work’ to date, sidestepping the obvious scurry for dancefloor numbers as was possibly objective numero uno for his last outing. What permeates here instead is a calculated walk though the techno hallway, knocking on each door and having a meaningful stay at each. Plunge through this piece of technical mastery and don’t forget to take your shoes off.
