Micachu, the 21 year old multi-talented Londoner, returns with a new single ‘Golden Phone’, out this week.
Feted by everyone up to and including Bjork, Micachu aka Mica Levi divides her talents between making grime mixtapes, composing for the London Philharmonic Orchestra and making sublime alt. pop ditties like ‘Golden Phone’.
Never one to take the easy route, ‘Golden Phone’s chorus is played cool, masked by chimes, clicks and (if you can believe it) vaccuum cleaner noise.
Even clad in it’s experimental finery, it’s a cracking pop tune further showcasing the ever expanding talents of one of the UK’s brightest hopes.
