Ritter is an American singer whose popularity in Ireland isn’t quite matched in the UK.
Right Moves, the latest single taken from his fifth album, goes some way to appealing to a British audience by sounding a lot like the theme tune to Only Fools and Horses. There’s a knees-up piano and jaunty vocals though the lovelorn lyrics are less funny. And if one TV reference isn’t enough, how about a bit of Thank You For Being a Friend – the theme tune from funny old ladies classic The Golden Girls. If you like either of those songs, you’ll enjoy this.
