Fresh, organic and from the heart

At last, Drums Of Death’s album is finally here and it seems like an eternity since he released his first breakthrough tracks. His debut album encapsulates everything that’s truly brilliant about modern music - from the dark Mega Drive 8-bit sound of ‘Creak’ through to the synth-rave laden ‘Science And Reason’ (featuring his own harmonious vocals), and the pounding acid-thump of highlight ‘Lonely Days’, there’s something here for all as he experiments with the pop mould. Aside from the scary skeleton mask, razor sharp timbres and ravaging sound, it comes as no surprise whatsoever that this album sounds fresh, organic and from the heart - just what we expected.
