About a year ago Detroit-based rapper/producer Black Milk played an incredible Boiler Room set.
At the core of his performance were a series of beats built by a reclusive producer named Zap Francis. Other than his name and gender, almost nothing is known about this producer, but a forthcoming release on Bleep should flush him out.
Ahead of this, Bleep are sharing 'Two Eleven'. A vivid, colourful introduction to the world of Zap Francis, the bubbling synths are matched against crisp percussion which betrays just the slightest hints of hip-hop.
