Surrey group You Me At Six are set to kick off 2009 with new single ‘Save It For The Bedroom’.
You Me At Six enjoyed a hugely successful year in 2008. The emo rockers proved that its not only American kids who want to make thoughtful punk with their debut album storming the charts.
Eventually reaching number 25, the album pushed You Me At Six into the mainstream leading to a savage sold out show at London’s legendary Astoria just weeks before it was demolished.
You Me At Six were also able to check out the Stateside competition after Fall Out Boy asked the group to support them on their UK tour, taking in some of the country’s biggest music venues.
Taken from debut album ‘Take Off Your Colours’ forthcoming single ‘Save It For The Bedroom’ is a massive fan favourite. Scoring over 2 million Myspace plays to date, it could well propel the band into the mainstream.
You Me At Six are set to release their forthcoming single ‘Save It For The Bedroom’ on March 9th.
