King Creosote is set to release new album 'Astronaut Meets Appleman' on September 2nd.
The genial folk throne-bearer won a Mercury nomination in 2014 for his wonderful album 'From Scotland With Love', an ambitious project that seemed to mark a real breakthrough.
New album 'Astronaut Meets Appleman' is the follow up, and it seems to be a record driven by opposites: analogue and digital, and “being caught between heaven and earth”.
