Willis Earl Beal laboured for years, almost entirely excluded from any kind of recognition. Based in Chicago, he would pen drawings and leave them on park benches, clutching CD-Rs into the hands of city dwellers rushing past him.
In keeping with this spirit, Willis Earl Beal recently uploaded a free EP to BitTorrent. 'Principles Of A Protagonist' is the soundtrack of his forthcoming animated film, and contains five re-recorded songs from debut album 'Acousmatic Sorcery'.
