Wicketkeeper are a three piece from London, with recent shows including stints alongside Novella, Fist City and The Proper Ornaments.
Building up a tight set, the group decided to lay down some material at House of Strange in South London.
New EP 'Muscle Baby' is the result – due out on February 9th, it gathers five tracks which recall Pavement, Guided By Voices, Sebadoh and more.
Popular influences, for sure, but – to these ears, at least – Wicketkeeper apply a rather eccentric Englishness to their songwriting.
