What’s Up With Drake’s SZA Bars On ‘Mr. Right Now’?

Fans are left confused by his revelations...

Drake's guest spot on 'Savage Mode 2' contains a surprising revelation.

The rapper appears on 'Mr. Right Now', a key track on the new 21 Savage and Metro Boomin collaboration.

Out now, fans were left with raised eyebrows when Drake used his feature as the moment to reveal an old fling.

“Yeah, said she wanna f*ck to some SZA, wait,” he says, before pausing: “‘Cause I used to date SZA back in ’08 / If you cool with it, baby, she can still play.”

It's a revelation that feels quite ugly, and plays in Drake's tendency towards cataloguing his love life, treating women as trophies.

As a few fans have pointed out, the maths also don't quite work – SZA would have been under the American age of consent in 2008.

It all adds more fire to the continual debate over Drake's tendency to form relationships with younger women – at the time of writing, Drake's name was trending on Twitter.

Here's the song below.
