Weird Milk’s ‘This Close’ Is Deceptively Simple

60s beat matched to off kilter songwriting...

Weird Milk recently linked up with Camden label Ra-Ra-Rok Records, working on something fresh.

The imprint is rapidly emerging as one of London's finest, instrumental in documenting South London's blossoming guitar scene.

Over in West London, though, Weird Milk aren't about to be out-done. Deceptively simple, the band's chiming 60s-indebted harmonies are matched to off kilter songwriting.

Reminiscent of Alex Turner at his most off piste, Weird Milk's new single 'This Close' is an addictive slice of melodious indie pop.

Clash is able to share the full video, and it carefully matches the band's retro-futurist sound.

Tune in now.
