Funny thing, genres. Take Weird Dreams: often bracketed under that hopelessly broad term dream pop, the band’s gentle, lilting psychedelia has more in common with the Paisley Underground or even Robyn Hitchcock’s less lucid moments.
Releasing their debut album earlier this year, Weird Dreams stood out from the pack. Now operating as a slimmed down two piece, the London based outfit recently posted their first official video.
Taken from their debut album, ‘Vague Hotel’ remains a beautiful, hazy summer hymn. The visuals are directed by Sarah Keeling – watch the clip below.
