‘We Got Love’ Is A Moment Of Unity From UK Music

Guvna B spearheads this all-star project...

Guvna B helms brand new all-star UK project ‘We Got Love’.

Out now, the seven track release shows the full force of British music, and it was pieced together by some incredible talent. A message of hope, strength, and unity, it moves from hip-hop to soul via afrobeats, UKG, and more, allowing all sounds and flavours to come through.

The project was previewed by a special event in London early this month, hosted by Capital Xtra’s Robert Bruce and BBC Radio 1’s Jeremiah Asiamah.

‘We Got Love’ is a sensational listen, helmed by MOBO Award winning guru Guvna B. A voice of true independence, he’s joined by Fia Day, Sharyn, Still Shadey, CalledOutMusic, The Voice UK winner Annatoria, and a host of other talent.

Uniting seminal producers with killer vocalists, ‘We Got Love’ spans R&B songwriting and hard-hitting bars, displaying the complete range of UK music in emphatic fashion.

Out now, Guvna B is suitably proud of the results. In a note, he comments…

“The last few years have been rough, and music is one of those things that can provide a bit of escapism and hope. All you have to do is switch on the news to realise that there’s not much to smile about. I feel ‘WE GOT LOVE’  is a powerful message and one that helps bring people together…”

“This music is us. Unapologetically British, unapologetically positive. Hip-hop. R&B, garage, afrobeat, the EP’s got it all. Our society is quite polarised and different issues can create division. We gotta learn as people to disagree well, hold different opinions, but still have love for each other. That’s how we move forward.”

Tune in now.
