The Strokes played Los Angeles' venue The Wiltern last night - May 13th - and dropped a brand new song into the set.
The band are back on the live trail, with The Strokes set to headline London's All Points East later this month.
Playing a show in Los Angeles, The Strokes hit The Wiltern for a set that relied largely on their back catalogue.
Julian Casablancas teased the crowd, asking if they wanted new material - and the band suitably obliged.
'The Adults Are Talking' is a taut piece of new wave leaning guitar pop, a song that stylistically wouldn't sound out of place on 'Is This It?' or 'Room On Fire'.
It's the New York outfit's first blast of new material since 2016’s ‘Future Present Past’ EP, and their last album 'The Comedown Machine' dropped in 2013.
