Watch: The Flaming Lips Discuss New Beatles Project

Never afraid to salute their influences, The Flaming Lips recently disappeared into the studio to record one of rock's most fabled LPs.

Released in 1967, 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' is the moment in which The Beatles definitively broke with their pop status in order to create art.

Re-recording the album with a plethora of guests, The Flaming Lips worked alongside everyone from Miley Cyrus to Moby, My Morning Jacket to J. Mascis.

Out next week via Bella Union, you can stream 'With A Little Help From My Fwendz' online HERE.

Wayne Coyne & Co. have also pieced together a series of video interviews in which they discuss the studio process.

Check out the first clip below.

'With A Little Help From My Fwendz' is set to be released on November 3rd.
