Australian psych-rock juggernauts Tame Impala are back. After a spell focussing on side projects, the band are set to release new album ‘Lonerism’ on October 8th.
It’s an impressive return. All chaotic guitar effects and expansive songwriting, the psychedelics on show are enough to broaden the most stubborn of minds. Now Tame Impala have posted a fresh clip, matching the strut of ‘Elephant’ to eye catching visuals.
Featuring live footage twisted and warped into a fresh style, ‘Elephant’ is a great primer for anyone fresh to the Tame Impala experience. For the rest of us, it’s a tantalising glimpse of what’s in store on the new album.

Tame Impala have also confirmed a number of live shows. Opening in London on October 30th, the short burst of dates draws to a close in Glasgow’s ABC on November 3rd.
