Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs have unveiled the video for new single ‘Tapes & Money’.
So T-E-E-D has taken a long time to cough up his debut album… so what? To date, the producer has released two EPs, a few singles, worked with Damon Albarn, appeared onstage with Friendly Fires and supported the dance Goliath that is deadmau5.
He’s been busy… right?
That said, the long awaited debut album is almost in the can with T-E-E-D now focussing on new single ‘Tapes & Money’. Due for release on April 2nd, the single is a bubbling pop of electro-pop with a downbeat vocal from the producer.
As T-E-E-D said recently: “The track started life as an instrumental in my live sets, and with a little inspiration from the phone hacking saga, I’ve ended up recording a vocal. It feels good to get some new music out there.”
‘Tapes & Money’ comes complete with a video directed by David Terranova, who shot the producer during a recent show at Heaven. Bouncy, colourful fun – you can watch the video for ‘Tapes & Money’ below.

T-E-E-D is currently on tour across Europe, although the producer has outlined a number of festival shows. The Oxford based beatsmith is due to perform at RockNess, Parklife and more before seeing out the summer at Bestival.
T-E-E-D will release his debut album later this year.
