Real Estate document the adventures of their street team in the video for new single ‘Easy’.
Released at the tail end of last year, Real Estate’s second album ‘Days’ was a tremendous step forward from the New Jersey group. With their power pop melodies sluiced through Pavement style guitars, the band matched a sublime songwriting sense to a slacker attitude.
Keeping the momentum going, Real Estate are planning to give album stand out ‘Easy’ a single release. Out on March 5th, the single will be available as a digital download and on seven inch vinyl – both formats feature the new track ‘Exactly Nothing’.
‘Easy’ comes equipped with a new video directed by The Best Show on New York radio station WFMU’s Tom Scharpling. Featuring the best / worst street team of all time (you decide!) you can watch the video below…

Real Estate are packing their bags for a return to the UK. Announcing a series of shows, the band will open the tour in Manchester on February 17th before playing Glasgow and Leeds later in the month.
A show at London’s Sebright Arms is already sold out, before the tour wraps up with a co-headline date alongside Kurt Vile.
