Peaking Lights have unveiled the striking new video for their track ‘Hey Sparrow’.
A house and wife duo, Aaron Coyes and Indra Dunis record under the name Peaking Lights. Mixing degraded electronics beneath dub drenched murk, the pair’s material began gathering attention last year.
Debut album ‘936’ infiltrated the UK this summer, imported in batches and located in selected record shops. Signing with Weird World, Peaking Lights were able to give their intelligent, gorgeous – at times unsettling – album a full release.
Stand out track ‘Hey Sparrow’ was recently given a visual accompaniment. Cult music video director Cam Archer take charge, with the short film expanding on the track’s sweet / disquieting aesthetic.
