Orbital teamed up with Stephen Hawking at the Paralympic Opening ceremony last night.
The summer has been dominated by the spectacle of the Olympics. Gathering record breaking audience figures, the opening and closing ceremonies sparked a deluge of debate on social networks.
So expectations were high for the opening of the Paralympic games. A truly inspiring cause, the ceremony included some musical collaborations – including an unusual link up between Orbital and Stephen Hawking.
The rave icons breezed through recent single ‘Where Is It Going?’ before seguing into The Blockheads’ track ‘Spasticus Autisticus.’
