Metallica brought out St. Vincent for their Los Angeles show over the weekend.
The thrash legends are back in action, with new album ’72 Seasons’ set to land on April 14th. The LP will be accompanied by a global tour, with Metallica set to touch down in Europe next summer.
Before all that kicks off, Metallica hosted the annual fundraising show for their All Within My Hands Foundation on Friday (December 16th). The show took place at the Microsoft Theater, with Jimmy Kimmel stopping by to introduce proceedings.
Metallica threw in some special Thin Lizzy and UFO covers, before bringing out a special guest. St. Vincent joined the metal crew, lending his quicksilver guitar to a rendition of ‘Nothing Else Matters’.
