The trailer for the upcoming LCD Soundsystem film ‘Shut Up And Play The Hits’ has emerged online.
Just like almost anything associated with their ten year career, when LCD Soundsystem finally came to say goodbye they did it with typical style and panache. Releasing their third album ‘This Is Happening’ the band played a remarkable farewell tour.
Ending with a sold out show at Madison Square Gardens, LCD Soundsystem played a triumphant final set. Broadcast to fans around the globe, footage from the show forms the basis for the upcoming concert film ‘Shut Up And Play The Hits’.
