Footage of an interview with Bon Iver songwriter Justin Vernon’s parents has emerged online.
Justin Vernon has always allowed his own life to merge with his art. Prompting questions of a quite personal nature, the Bon Iver songwriter was forced to re-visit the heartbreak behind ‘For Emma, Forever Ago’ during a series of press interviews.
Yet WEAU TV have gone one further (via Stereogum). The American station caught up with Justin Vernon’s parents ahead of Bon Iver’s performance on Saturday Night Live, in order to complete a ‘local boy done good’ style feature.
