Florence & The Machine recently stopped over in Austin, Texas for the latest spectacular leg of their North American tour.
While there, Florence Welch decided to drop in past Hospice Austin's Christopher House, in order to visit a young fan who bought tickets to the show but was too ill to attend.
She sang 'Shake It Out' and 'Dog Days Are Over', harmonising with the fan throughout.
