Watch: Fatboy Slim Live Footage

With Carl Cox, Layo & Bushwacka...

Big Beat don Fatboy Slim is set to take part in a new web based broadcast live from SW4.

Can’t make South West Four? No wonder, the event sold out in just a few days with some sterling headliners helping tickets flood out the door. But in a new twist it seems that fans will be able to get continual updates without leaving their house.

Thanks to the wonders of modern technology fans can receive live festival action direct to their phone or Blackberry. Courtesy of b@TV specially prepared programs from the event will be streamed online.

Taking place between August 28th – 29th, South West Four is one of London’s top dance music events. Long since sold out, headliners include Fatboy Slim and the three deck wizard himself Carl Cox.

Special performances from that sterling line up are set to be shown live on the b@TV website. Amongst the artists taking part are Judge Jules, Paul Oakenfold, Carl Cox and of course Fatboy Slim.

“South West Four 2010 is a must-see for fans of electronic music, which is why we are broadcasting live for the first time, with some of the most respected DJ’s in the world” says Ray Smith b@TV’s founder.

“What’s unique about b@TV’s festival coverage is that we stream in HD from 4 different camera angles – so the viewer can simultaneously BE on stage with the artists, roaming amongst the crowd and up close with the dancers” Smith continued. “This creates a 360 degree experience which you wouldn’t even get by being there in person”.
