The new single from Adele has leaked online, following Zane Lowe spinning the track on his show.
With her debut album ’19’ being strangely ignored by the British public, Adele has a point to prove with her new material. Huge in the States, the singer’s soulful voice earned widespread critical praise.
Selling out the Hollywood Bowl, Adele even booked Chess Records queen Etta James in support. Taking time off to work on new material, the British singer is now preparing to return with her second album.
Appropriately named ’21’ the new material was largely crafted in the United States. Rick Rubin took control of sessions, while producer Paul Epworth returned to assist in the construction of new tracks.
Due to be released in January, Adele will preview the album with forthcoming single ‘Rolling In The Deep’. Set to be released on December 3rd, the track was given an exclusive first play on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show last night (November 15th).
The track has now leaked across the internet, with Adele’s label including some exclusive footage of the singer working in the studio. Having made her reputation in the UK but found success in the States, the singer has a point to prove with her new album.
