New York duo 2:54 are streaming the evocative video for their upcoming cut ‘Scarlet’.
Comprised of two sisters, 2:54 made a massive dent with their debut EP ‘On A Wire’. A limited edition vinyl only release, the pair’s dark vision recalled a David Lynch move laid out with smooth electronics.
Returning with a fresh EP, 2:54 are rapidly evolving into something quite special. A four track release, ‘Scarlet’ is due to be released through Fiction on November 14th.
Adding some post-punk guitar lines to the mix, ‘Scarlet’ is another confident step forwards from Colette and Hannah Thurlow. Hooking up with renowned Danish director Jeppe, 2:54 have unveiled their first ever official video.

Alongside the new EP, 2:54 have announced plans to hit the road next month. Mixing support slots with The Big Pink and The Maccabees alongside a selection of headline shows the duo will make their most extended visit to the UK yet.
Amongst the more eye catching of their headline dates is a visit to the Corsica Studios in London, accompanied by fast rising punk upstarts Bos Angeles.
