Wasia Project Soar On ‘Is This What Love Is?’

Catch them live this summer...

Sibling project Wasia Project have shared new single ‘Is This What Love Is?’ – tune in now.

CLASH caught Wasia Project live in London a few weeks ago, an intimate event hosted by AWAL. Broadcasting their audio-visual creations in 360, the duo shone with their melodic jazz-inflected pop maturity.

Since then, they’ve played sold-out headline UK tour including London’s iconic Heaven, before confirming plans to support Tom Odell in Europe, and Laufey in North America.

Siblings William G. Hardy and Olivia Hardy re-unite for ‘Is This What Love Is?’, a grandiose piece of pop songwriting that surges into fresh spaces. Breaking free of restrictions, the pair seem to revel in pure feeling – at times, they come close to the edge, before pulling back.

Wasia Project comment…

‘Is This What Love Is?’ describes the experience of uncontrollable emotions, like a car that’s going too fast with someone else behind the wheel. It questions sadness and doubt in all types of love, and the drama that comes with caring deeply for things.

Tune in now.
